Statute Text
Nomination and election of directors of established districts.
(1) Except as otherwise provided
in this chapter, directors shall be nominated and elected by the electors of
the subdivision such director represents at time of holding the next general
election.
(2) Nominating
petitions must be furnished by the district. [Amended by 1973 c.796 §15; 1975
