Statute Text
Acquisition of water rights.
Any utility district created under this chapter may acquire in its own name the
right to use the unappropriated waters of this state in accordance with the
laws of this state. [Amended by 1955 c.707 §34; 1979 c.54 §1; 1979 c.558 §22]
