Statute Text
Principal campaign committee.
(1) Notwithstanding ORS 260.005 (18) and except as provided in ORS 260.043, a
candidate shall designate a political committee as the candidates principal
campaign committee. A candidate may designate only one political committee as
the candidates principal campaign committee.
(2) A political
committee may not be designated as the principal campaign committee of more
