Campaign Finance Education Fund established. (1) The Campaign Finance Education Fund is established in the General Fund. Moneys in the Campaign Finance Education Fund are continuously appropriated to the Secretary of State for the purpose of carrying out the duties described in ORS 260.264. (2) Moneys in the fund shall consist of: (a) Moneys appropriated or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly; (b) Moneys transferred to the fund pursuant to ORS 260.018 (1)(c); and (c) Other amounts deposited into the fund from any source.
