Statute Text
Printing or furnishing of ballots by county clerk. The county clerk shall print or furnish all the required ballots and shall provide them for use by electors in the county. Only ballots printed or furnished under this section may be used in an election. [Formerly 250.080; 2007 c.154 §30]
