Statements and arguments inadmissible in action to enjoin publication of pamphlet. Material submitted for inclusion in any state or county voters’ pamphlet shall not be admitted as evidence in any suit or action against the county clerk to restrain or enjoin the publication of the voters’ pamphlet. [1989 c.1031 §16]
