Statements and arguments inadmissible in action to enjoin publication of
pamphlet.
Material
submitted for inclusion in any voters pamphlet shall not be admitted as
evidence in any suit or action against the Secretary of State to restrain or
enjoin the publication of the voters pamphlet. [Formerly 255.018]
