Applicability of ORS 250.005 to 250.038 to counties and cities.
ORS 250.005 to 250.038 apply to
the exercise of initiative or referendum powers:
(1) Regarding a
county measure, regardless of anything to the contrary in the county charter or
ordinance.
(2) Regarding a
city measure, regardless of anything to the contrary in the city charter or
