Statute Text
Qualifications for signers of petition; removal of signatures.
(1) Any elector may sign an
initiative or referendum petition for any measure on which the elector is
entitled to vote.
(2) After an
initiative or referendum petition is submitted for signature verification, no
elector who signed the petition may remove the signature of the elector from
