Statute Text
Reimbursing issuing entities for costs incurred.
The Department of Justice shall
enter into agreements to reimburse issuing entities for their costs of
compliance with ORS 25.750 to 25.783 to the extent that those costs are
eligible for Federal Financial Participation under Title IV-D of the Social Security
