Identifying persons holding licenses, certificates, permits and registrations. The Department of Justice shall enter into agreements regarding the identification of persons who are subject to the provisions of ORS 25.750 to 25.783 and who hold licenses, certificates, permits or registrations with: (1) The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission; (2) All entities that issue licenses, certificates, permits or registrations that a person is required by state law to possess to engage in an occupation, profession or recreational hunting or fishing or to use a particular occupational or professional title; and (3) The Department of Transportation.
