Statute Text
Authorization
for reimbursement payments.
The signature of the obligee or guardian of a child covered by a health benefit
plan is a valid authorization for purposes of processing an insurance
reimbursement payment to the provider of the health services as provided in ORS
743B.470. [2003 c.637 §13]
