Statute Text
Termination of support order. When child support services are being provided under ORS 25.080, the enforcing agency shall notify the employer when there is no longer in effect a support order requiring health care coverage for which the enforcing agency is responsible. However, termination of the health care coverage is governed by the health benefit plan’s provisions for termination and by applicable federal law. [2003 c.637 §9; 2025 c.99 §27]
