Statute Text
Use of obligors
property for delinquent support payments.
If by examination of the obligor it appears that the
obligor has any property liable to execution, the court, upon motion of the
Attorney General or a district attorney, shall order that the obligor apply the
same in satisfaction of the arrears or that the property be levied on by
execution, or both. [Formerly 23.847; 1989 c.599 §5]
