Disclosure of residence address of elector or family member of elector;
procedure; exception.
Notwithstanding
any provision of ORS 192.311 to 192.478:
(1) Except as
provided in subsection (3) of this section, the county clerk may disclose the
residence address of an elector and any family member residing with the elector
exempt from public disclosure under ORS 247.965 if the county clerk receives a
court order or a request from any law enforcement agency to disclose the
address.
(2) A petition
may be filed with the circuit court of the county in which the administrative
offices of the county clerk are located requesting disclosure of the residence
address of any elector exempt from disclosure under ORS 247.965. The petitioner
shall have the burden of showing the disclosure would not constitute an
unreasonable invasion of privacy.
(3) The county
clerk may not disclose the actual address, as defined in ORS 192.820, of an
Address Confidentiality Program participant under ORS 192.820 to 192.868. [1993
