Effective date of registration updated by county clerk.
(1) The effective date of a voter
registration updated under ORS 247.292 is the date on which the county clerk
receives evidence of the change of residence or mailing address.
(2) The effective
date of a voter registration updated under ORS 247.296 is the date on which the
county clerk changes the address information on the voter registration file. [1993
