Statute Text
Policy.
(1) Each
elector has the right to vote in any election in which the elector:
(a) Is qualified
to vote;
(b) Has
registered to vote in a manner authorized by law; and
(c) Casts a
ballot in a manner authorized by law.
(2) It is the
policy of this state that all election laws and procedures shall be established
and construed to assist the elector in the exercise of the right of franchise. [1969
