Help
America Vote Act complaint procedures; rules.
(1) The Secretary of State by rule shall establish
administrative complaint procedures that meet the requirements of the federal
Help America Vote Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252).
(2) Complaints
alleging violations of Title III of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002
(P.L. 107-252) must be filed as provided in rules adopted under this section.
Complaints alleging violations of Title III of the federal Help America Vote
Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-252) may not be filed under ORS 260.345. [2003 c.64 §7]
