Secretary of State may alter language required in election documents; rules.
Notwithstanding any other statute
in ORS chapters 246 to 260, the Secretary of State may by rule alter the
specific language required to be written in documents relating to an election,
provided that the alteration in language does not materially change the meaning
of the language being altered. [2023 c.600 §18]
