Definitions for ORS 243.910 to 243.945.
As used in ORS 243.910 to 243.945:
(1) Board means
the governing board of a public university listed in ORS 352.002 and for the
Oregon Health and Science University, the Oregon Health and Science University
Board of Directors.
(2) Employees
means the persons appointed or employed by or under the authority of the board
who hold academic rank as determined by the board.
(3) System
means the Public Employees Retirement System established by ORS 238.600. [1965
c.297 §1; 1995 c.162 §67; 2011 c.637 §79; 2013 c.768 §117; 2015 c.767 §69]
