Statute Text
Reimbursement to public employer. Public employees eligible for the benefits authorized by ORS 243.853 to 243.855 are obligated to reimburse the employer in full through monetary payment, with no interest charge, or through hours worked equivalent to the number of hours spent on athletic leave, or a combination of both. Full reimbursement shall be accomplished at a time not later than 10 years following the last day the employee received benefits under ORS 243.853 to 243.855.
