Statute Text
Administration of plan.
(1) The Public Employees Benefit Board may contract with a private
organization for administration of an expense reimbursement program.
(2) An agreement
or contract entered into pursuant to this section may provide that the
administering organization shall exercise the authority and responsibility of
the board in administering the expense reimbursement program. [1987 c.621 §6;
