Copy
of policy to be provided to unrepresented party.
For purposes of a mediation
related to claims or allegations of workplace harassment, a mediator in the
mediation shall provide a person who is a party to the mediation and who is not
represented by an attorney with a copy of the policy described in ORS 243.319. [2022
c.107 §6]
