Statute Text
Eligibility of retired officer or employee to participate in dental benefit plan; rules. A retired state or local government officer or employee is not required to participate in one of the group benefit plans described in ORS 243.135 in order to obtain dental benefit plan coverage. The Public Employees’ Benefit Board shall establish by rule standards of eligibility for retired officers or employees to participate in a dental benefit plan.
