Statute Text
Offices and clerical help for commission.
The governing body of every political subdivision
subject to ORS 242.702 to 242.824 shall:
(1) Supply the
commission with all office supplies, equipment and space necessary to carry on
the business of the commission.
(2) Provide the
commission with such clerical assistance as the commission may consider
necessary. [1959 c.252 §10]
