Statute Text
Qualifications of commissioners.
No member of the commission shall be a member of the governing body or an
employee of the political subdivision subject to ORS 242.702 to 242.824, except
that any commissioner may serve as a member of any other civil service
commission. The persons appointed shall be known to believe in the principles
of civil service. [1959 c.252 §5]
