Statute Text
Evidence of fitness for appointment.
Subject to rules adopted by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services
under ORS 181A.215, the civil service board may require an applicant for a
custodial position to furnish evidence satisfactory to the board of good
character and such other evidence as the civil service board deems necessary to
establish the applicants fitness. [Amended by 1969 c.262 §5; 1979 c.738 §3;
