Statute Text
Secretary of commission. The commission shall appoint a secretary, who shall keep records of its proceedings, preserve all reports made to it, superintend and keep a record of all examinations and investigations held or made under its direction, and perform such other duties as it may prescribe. The secretary shall hold office during the pleasure of the commission and shall receive such salary as the board of county commissioners may fix.
