Delegation of authority and responsibility by division; post-audit review. (1) Delegations of authority and responsibility to operating agencies shall be subject to appropriate post-audit review by the Personnel Division. (2) Controversies between operating agencies and the division arising from post-audit reviews shall be resolved by the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. [1979 c.468 §22]
