Statute Text
Agency personnel officers. A division of the service may designate a staff employee to serve as personnel officer for that division of the service. Such a personnel officer shall administer, within the division of the service, training and educational programs developed by the administrative head thereof in cooperation with appointing authorities and others and shall have such other functions of the Personnel Division as are authorized by the Administrator of the Personnel Division.
