Administer oaths; subpoena witnesses; compel production of papers.
Each member of the Employment
Relations Board may administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, and compel the
production of books and papers pertinent to any investigation or hearing
authorized by this chapter. [Amended by 1969 c.80 §38]
