Moneys
in fund appropriated to board.
Moneys in the Public Employees Retirement Fund are continuously appropriated to
the Public Employees Retirement Board to carry out the purposes of this chapter
and ORS chapter 238A. [2001 c.716 §10; 2003 c.733 §61]
