Statute Text
Effect
of service interruptions on membership.
Within the limits hereinafter specified regarding
absence from service, no leave of absence, sabbatical leave, illness, accident
or emergency preventing or interrupting service by an employee to an employer
participating in the system shall be deemed to break the continuity of the
employees membership in the system. [Formerly 237.091]
