Statute Text
Collection of accrued liabilities. In order to liquidate accrued liabilities with respect to prior service credit and delinquent contributions, each public employer which at any time prior to March 27, 1953, has participated in the Public Employees Retirement System shall continue to remit payments to the Public Employees Retirement Board at the rate and in the time and manner prescribed by chapter 401, Oregon Laws 1945, as amended. The board shall have a right of action against any such public employer for the enforcement of the provisions of this section. [1953 c.180 §5]
