Statute Text
Regulations applicable to public property.
City ordinances regulating the location,
construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, use and occupancy of land and
buildings and other structures shall apply to publicly owned property, except
as the ordinances prescribe to the contrary. [1969 c.460 §3 (enacted in lieu of
