Statute Text
Authority to create planning commission.
(1) A city may create a planning commission for the
city and provide for its organization and operations.
(2) This section
shall be liberally construed and shall include the authority to create a joint
planning commission and to utilize an intergovernmental agency for planning as
authorized by ORS 190.003 to 190.130. [Amended by 1973 c.739 §1; 1975 c.767 §2]
