Statute Text
Meetings; requirements for business transactions. Regular meetings of the board shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson upon application of three members of the board. No business shall be transacted at any meeting of the board without the presence of three or more of the commissioners. No land shall be purchased without concurrence of a majority of the board.
