Definitions for ORS 226.120 to 226.240.
As used in ORS 226.120 to 226.240, unless the context
requires otherwise:
(1) Board means
board of city park commissioners.
(2) City means
incorporated city containing not less than 3,000 inhabitants.
(3) Commissioner
