Statute Text
Preparation and examination of plans.
Before calling any election for the purposes set forth in ORS 225.360, the city
governing body shall cause to be prepared plans, specifications and estimates
of costs of any proposed facilities to be voted upon, which may be examined by
any elector of the city.
