Statute Text
Recovery of service charges.
If the service charges established under ORS 225.340 are not paid when due, the
amounts thereof, together with such penalties, interests and costs as may be
provided by the city governing body, may be recovered in an action at law. [Amended
by 1991 c.459 §354]
