Statute Text
Right
to acquire use of unappropriated state waters.
Any city which is authorized by
its charter or by law to construct, acquire, maintain or operate an electric
generating plant or distributing system may acquire in its own name the right
to use the unappropriated waters of this state in accordance with laws of this
state. [Amended by 1955 c.707 §32]
