Statute Text
Municipality or district not to issue other bonds.
So long as any of the sewerage
bonds of the municipality or district are owned by the state, the municipality
or district shall not issue other bonds of any character without prior written
approval of the State Treasurer. [Amended by 1953 c.287 §9]
