Statute Text
Enforcing liens on property outside city limits. The city, through its council, may collect and enforce or provide for collecting and enforcing payment of liens created by virtue of ORS 224.090 or 224.100 by a sale of the property in the same manner and with the same force and effect as is or may be provided with respect to property within the city, or a proceeding in court to foreclose such liens.
