Statute Text
Fees
and regulations of parking facilities.
For the purposes of ORS 223.810, a city may:
(1) Charge such
fees as the legislative authority of the city finds fair and reasonable for the
privilege of using the off-street parking facilities. These fees need not be
limited to the cost of operation and administration but may be for revenue.
(2) Regulate and
restrict the use of the parking facilities or prohibit the use thereof for
vehicles of more than a class or classes of vehicles and provide penalties for
violation of such regulations or prohibitions.
