Statute Text
Redemption; no deficiency judgment. The time and manner for redemption of property from sales on execution in suits authorized by ORS 223.610 shall be the same as provided by law for the redemption of real property from sales on execution. The amount to be paid on redemption under this section shall be the amount for which the property was sold on execution, together with interest thereon at the rate of six percent per annum from the date of the sale until the date of redemption. However, no deficiency judgment shall be entered against the owner of the property.
