Statute Text
Joinder of parties in interest as defendants. In any suit authorized by ORS 223.610, the record owner and all persons and corporations claiming some right, title, lien or interest in and to any lot involved in the suit, and also all other parties or persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described therein or any part thereof, may be joined as party defendants.
