Liens which may be included in foreclosure suit. In any suit authorized by ORS 223.610, the local government may include any number of lots upon which it has delinquent liens though the liens may have been levied under the same or different ordinances or resolutions. Any number of different delinquent liens may be foreclosed upon the same lot in one suit. If there is more than one delinquent lien on any lot, the various amounts thereof, including accrued interest, penalties, costs and attorney fees, shall be added together and the total thereof shall be deemed the amount of the lien for which the lot is to be sold.
