Foreclosure of certain liens by suits in equity.
In addition to methods now
provided by law, charters, ordinances or acts of incorporation for the
foreclosure or collection of liens, any local government may foreclose any lien
lawfully levied or assessed by it, by suit in equity in the circuit court of
the county in which the local government is located. [Amended by 1991 c.902 §71;
2003 c.802 §46]
