Statute Text
Lien docket entries mandatory. The treasurer shall, within three days after sale, return to the recorder the delinquent list, with all collections and sales noted thereon. The recorder shall then make proper entries of collections and sales in the appropriate lien docket. Thereafter no transfer or assignment of any certificate of purchase of real property sold under ORS 223.505 to 223.590 is valid unless an entry of such transfer or assignment has been noted by the recorder in said docket.
