Statute Text
Reassessment ordinance or resolution. When the governing body has determined what in its judgment is a fair, just and reasonable reassessment, it shall pass an ordinance or resolution setting out and making the reassessment. The reassessment so made shall be deemed to be regular, correct, valid and just, except as it may be modified under ORS
